Comprehensive flat restoration. The original 1920’s layout lost significant space to hallways and smaller rooms meanwhile not taking advantage of its privileged location with views to the Sagrada Familia and south-facing façade. The new distribution allows for a large master bedroom and a second, flexible room with multiple uses.
It is positioned away from the master bedroom to give privacy for guests, can be used as a private office with views to the Sagrada Familia, or serve as an extension of the general living space. The proposal modified the original structure fo allow for maximum light to reach the heart of the apartment, focusing attention on the views on the south side façade. On the opposite side of the apartment, a narrower lower hallway compresses the user. It introduces a more private, quiet area destined for the master bedroom.
